Welcome to Villa Melinda, a bright and welcoming 3 bedroom villa in Pernera, Protaras, perfect for families, couples, and groups looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach.
Updated in 2026, the villa has been refreshed inside and out, with freshly painted spaces, thoughtful finishing touches, and a warm Mediterranean feel. The living area is spacious and comfortable, featuring a brand new 55 inch Smart TV, free high speed WiFi, and plenty of space to unwind after a day by the sea.
Brand new, efficient air conditioning units have also been installed in every room, helping you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay.
