Konnos Joy Villa is a fully detached coastal villa set in a quiet residential area just a short stroll from the crystal clear waters of Konnos Beach and Turtle Bay. It is a lovely base for families, beach lovers, and snorkelling fans who want a peaceful stay close to some of the most beautiful spots in the Protaras and Ayia Napa area.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with two double bedrooms and one cheerful twin bedroom. Inside, guests will find a spacious living area, a full kitchen, WiFi, kitchen appliances, and air conditioning throughout. Outdoors, the private garden offers plenty of space for relaxed meals, quiet evenings, and children to play.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private garden, outdoor seating area, and all indoor facilities. Check in is smooth and contactless, and local support is available by message or phone whenever needed before or during the stay.
The area is ideal for easy beach days, morning snorkelling, coastal walks, and relaxed dining in nearby Protaras and Ayia Napa. Free on site parking is included. A car is recommended for exploring more of Cyprus, although nearby beaches and nature trails are walkable. Larnaca Airport is around 45 minutes away by car, and taxi or transfer services can be arranged upon request.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec 2 bébé. Rez de chaussé très facile d’accès avec les enfants grand jardin avec terrasse, beaucoup de jouets disponible pour les enfants et les équipements nécessaire. La maison était propre et pratique. Il noussee more

Rez de chaussé très facile d’accès avec les enfants grand jardin avec terrasse, beaucoup de jouets disponible pour les enfants et les équipements nécessaire. La maison était propre et pratique. Il nous a manqué des piles pour une télécommande qui était usés donc nous avons contacté l’hôte en message qui nous a trouvé une solution temporaire, télé et internet dispo à l’étage du bas sur grande partie de la maison mais un peu faible en haut dans les chambre, un petit répéteur wifi serait peut être utile donc c’est vraiment un soucis du détail qui est, je pense, facile à résoudre sinon tout était parfait. Je pourrais revenir dans cette maison avec plaisir 🙂. La maison est dans un petit coin calme et tout proche de belle plage, resto et activité en voiture à à peine 5 minutes c’est une localisation idéale.
