The large dining table seats up to 8 guests, and outside you’ll find an additional dining area as well as 6 sun loungers.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and stunning sea views, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds, also offering lovely seaviews. The main bathroom includes a spacious shower and a separate bathtub.

Here, the sea is not a promise but an immediate reality: only a few steps separate the house from the coast. The beaches of Konnos, Glyfades, and Lombardi are easily reached on foot—perfect for spontaneous morning swims or golden sunsets.
For those who enjoy venturing further, the nearby Cape Greco reveals one of the island’s most spectacular landscapes, with gentle walking paths and impressive hiking trails along the cliffs.
The iconic Konnos Beach, famous for its crystal-clear water and almost Caribbean color palette, is just a few minutes away by car. Ambitious walkers can reach it in about 20 minutes along a picturesque coastal route—passing the Cyclops Cave and the idyllic Turtle Beach. A path that is already an experience in itself.
The center of Protaras is reachable within 5-7 Minutes driving time.
